These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the forbarber.pro online store, placing orders for products available in the store, delivering ordered products to the Customer, paying the sales price of products by the Customer, the Customer's rights to cancel an order and withdraw from the contract, and the rules for submitting and processing complaints and exchanging goods.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND PRICE TRANSPARENCY

  1. The store conducts retail sales of professional hairdressing and barbering articles and equipment in the territory of the Republic of Poland and European Union countries.

  2. All product prices listed on the online store's pages are gross prices (include the current VAT rate) and are expressed in Polish Zlotys (PLN).

  3. The price displayed for the product at the time of placing the order is binding for both parties. This price does not include delivery costs.

  4. Information on the total value of the order, including the price of products and their delivery costs, is presented to the Customer in the Cart clearly and legibly before final confirmation of the order.

4. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  1. Placing an order: The Customer places an order by adding products to the cart, filling out the delivery data form, selecting the payment method, and clicking the "Buy and pay" button.

  2. Handling Time: The standard time for preparing and dispatching an order by the store is 1 to 3 business days from the moment the payment is credited or confirmation of a cash-on-delivery order is received.

  3. Transit Time: Delivery by the carrier within Poland usually takes 1-2 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched.

  4. Delivery methods and fixed costs:

    • Standard courier shipment

    • Parcel lockers

    • Cash-on-delivery courier shipment


5. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

To ensure the highest transaction security (SSL encryption), the forbarber.pro store accepts only the following payment methods:

  • Fast electronic payments and BLIK: handled by certified payment systems (e.g., PayU / Przelewy24 / Autopay).

  • Debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

  • Cash on delivery: cash or card to the courier or at a parcel locker.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS (WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT & REFUND POLICY)

  1. Return period: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day the product is physically taken into possession by the Customer or a third party indicated by them.

  2. Return notification procedure: To exercise the right of return, the Customer must send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract to the e-mail address: info@forbarber.pro or attach it in paper form to the package. (A universal withdrawal form can be used).
