§1 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller via e-mail:
§2 Conditions for Accepting Returns
A return may only be accepted if:
• the product has not been used,
• the product is in an undamaged condition,
• the packaging has not been opened,
• the product is suitable for resale.
§3 Products Excluded from Return
In accordance with applicable law, the following are not subject to return:
• cosmetics after opening the packaging,
• used products,
• sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic or health protection reasons.
§4 Return Procedure
1. The Customer should:
a) inform the Seller about the return,
b) properly secure the product,
c) send the goods back to the warehouse address.
2. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
3. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

§6 Refund of Funds
1. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the moment of receiving information about withdrawal from the contract.
2. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or confirmation of their dispatch is provided.
3. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used during the purchase.
§7 Complaints
1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints can be submitted electronically:

• order number,
• description of the problem,
• Customer's contact details,
• photos of the product (if possible).
§8 Complaint Resolution Time
Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.
