Day 1 — Theory and Demonstrations
The first day focuses on theory, decision-making analysis, and two demonstrations led by Gianni Cardinale.
In the program:
- thinking before cutting — not just execution
- analysis of the face, structure, style, and client needs
- the difference between a clean haircut and an image-focused haircut
- decision-making logic: weight, balance, and flow
- Q&A session and networking
- live English–Polish translation
Schedule:
- 10:30 — Start
- 10:30–11:30 — Theory block
- 11:30–14:30 — Demonstration on the first model
- 14:30–15:00 — Lunch break
- 15:00–17:00 — Demonstration on the second model
- 17:00 — Certificate presentation, Q&A, networking, and group photos
Day 2 — Hands-on Practice
The second day is dedicated to hands-on work with a model under the supervision of Gianni Cardinale. Participants focus on form, balance, and real-time decision-making while receiving ongoing guidance from the instructor.
Important: each participant is responsible for finding their own model for the practical session.
